Refund Policy


My Edge Home Inventory comes with a full money back guarantee for up to 30 days from the time you purchase the software. Any refund will be credited back to the credit card that was used to purchase the software.

Requirements for requesting a refund:

  • You must be the individual who originally purchased the software.
  • You must have the receipt number that was issued (emailed to you) at the time you originally made the purchase.
  • Any computers that have been authorized to run the software must be deauthorized before you submit a refund request.
    (To deauthorize a computer, run the software and choose "Deauthorize" from the menus.)
  • The refund must be requested within the time limit of the money back guarantee.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be fraudulent.
